Job Description

Objective
This job is responsible to provide technical expertise to fragrance development and external clients in Home Care categories (laundry, household and air care), to design relevant technical solutions and to participate in development & testing of new technologies. In the future, the person may supervise laboratory assistants or technicians.

Main Tasks
- Manages applied technology projects
- Integrates fragrance creation in technology development
- Keeps up-to-date on technical knowledge
- Interacts regularly with Scientific Research & Technical peer groups
- Assists Tehnical Managers in the development of new technologies
- Technical brand servicing (TBS) i.e. direct interaction and management of technical issues involving the client's own technical personnel

Scientists, Global / Regional Category Technical Managers / Directors, Perfumers, FDMs, CMI, Sales Community, Clients

Requirements
-Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or biology
-5 years experience in Consumer Goods industry at least, with specialisation in Home Care product formulation
-Mandarin as mother tongue with fluency in English (oral & written form)
-Pro-active and innovative
-“People” person, possess strong interpersonal skill
-Possess ability to drive and manage projects independently
