职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE:
To manage and maintain existing accounts, develop new accounts within the territory and to create value for the customers to make them successful.
? Work with Regional Manager to manage existing accounts for Beverage Packaging Business (PET & Closure systems) and achieve budget.
? To develop new accounts for Husky related business.
? To support accounts who have operated their business in China East Area.
? A Key relationship manager for Husky’s premier PET

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Understand product capabilities and customer applications
? Responsible of managing existing customers for the Beverage Packaging market (PET & Closure systems) in China East.
? Identifying new market trends as well as formulating business development strategies.
? Identify and aggressively develop new business opportunities.
? Be involved in new project application analysis and work cell suggestions.
? Formulate action plans, and implement effectively to increase sales revenues through existing and new customers.
? Seek to participate in customers’ strategy planning process to help initiate business opportunities
? Ensure a high level of sales, service and quality support to customers. Constant follow-up and feedback on our products and services.
? Monitor competitive activities by improving the market intelligence and by implementing pro-active counter-actions.
? Conduct regular business reviews with RM and maintain close contacts with key customers in China East.
? Ensuring effective use of company resources.
? Report on lost orders and explanation for competitive purchases.
? Build relationship with existing and new customers.
? Participate in customer service projects including assisting machine/system installations and start-up.
? Maintain knowledge of industry changes, acquisitions, and personnel.
? Submit performance reports and CRM on a regular basis.
? Report on field problems to engineering, service, management, and other field sales personnel.
? Present sales reports at regular sales meetings.
? File accident reports, safety concerns and safety problems.
? Respond to requests for information from your customers with a sales call. Qualify all requests to determine the level of Husky compatibility with the specific customer requirement.
? Host customer personnel at the Husky factories for system buy-offs and product development updates.
? Participate in customer service projects including assisting machine/system installations and start-up.
? Ensure customer’s equipment is running correctly.
? Prepare and maintain customer mailing list, market summaries, customer objectives, forecasts, strategies, expenses and activity reports.

JOB RELATED COMPETENCIES:
? 1-3 years of sales experience or project management experience
? Good understanding of Husky Beverage Packaging product capabilities and customer applications.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
? Excellent customer service skills
? Strong organizational skills.
? Team oriented with ability to work well with little supervision.
? Ability to travel to all customer plants.
? Ability to review applications and analyze various manufacturing methods and their cost implications.
? Proficient in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
? Good English command – verbal and written
? Project a professional image
? A strong relationship builder

QUALIFICATIONS:
? College and above in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Business Adm.
