Position Overview:
The equipment engineer is responsible for equipment trouble shooting and PM, training MTs team for equipment sustaining, new product development, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
? New equipment evaluation, selection and installation
? Equipment maintenance and trouble shooting
? Documents preparation and training MTs for equipment sustaining
? New products development (tool design, recipe development …)
? Spare parts preparation
? Continuous improvement for better equipment performance
Requirements:
? College+ degree in Automation, Electrical, Physics, Science
? 7+ years of working experience in equipment engineering of IC assembly
? Strong capability in Die bonding\Wire bonding…equipment’s management
