Aided Design of Production Proceses
Fixture design, procedures for the preparation of numerical control machine tool, production task complete with ensuring accurate and timeliness. Production Efficiency
Scrap Rate
Completion Rate 60%
Process Improvement
Rationalization proposals made to implement improvement plans, master new equipment, new technology to use, and guidance to other members of spare parts production in order to improve the spare parts production efficiency. Efficiency 10%
Quality Issue Resolution
Analyze customer complains to identify source of quality issue; determine and implement corrective actions in order to prevent the similar quality issues in the future On time Resolution
Effectiveness of Correction Actions 15%
Implement other job of higher-up arrangement

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years process engineering work experience
CAD familiarity
