B2B Marcom Manager

As HRS B2B MM, will be acting as an important role in communication; use all forms of media and communications. Responsible for forming an important bridge between HRS, the media, and other organizations, increasing HRS brand awareness in Corporate and partner industries in Great China.

Specific duties are likely to include:

• Researches write press releases and makes sure that they reach the target audience.
• Ensures that effective press releases are written and communicate with global offices compile comprehensive information about HRS
• Evaluates the advertising and promotional programs and ensures that it is compatible with the target audience.
• Deal with both government officials and media representatives for business development relationship
• Produce, edit and monitor all internal/external corporate communication channels
• Responsible for social media and new media channel
• Actively involved in preparing publicity brochures, handouts, promotional videos and multimedia programs that serve to reach HRS policies to corporate and partner industries
• Organizing press conference, exhibitions and press tours.
• Answers all questions related to HRS strategies. Besides managing HRS B2B publicity strategies,
• Maintaining HRS corporate image and identity require drafting speeches of HRS top executives for public meetings.
• Managing the promotional, social and business aspects of an event
• See to every aspect and detail that ensures an event is successful.
• Publicizing an event
• Networking with industry professional Booking locations, halls and equipment
• Working with artistes and other entertainers
• Managing event budgets, Negotiating contracts and fees
• Generating innovative ideas and overseeing setting up of a venue
• B2B Social media activities

Travel Office-based, but also spend much of time visiting Medias, Attend conferences, Site inspection, trade fairs and exhibitions. Also involve travel in both the China and abroad.

• to know, observe, study and report on travel, social, economic and political trends that might promote or boost or affect the progress of HRS
• Understand how the media works. Maintaining a positive image of HRS
• In a situation of crisis, be able to think out of the box and react quickly.
• Excellent spoken and written in Chinese and English
