职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
主要职责：
Take charge to fulfill the sales target and expenses control;
负责执行并完成确定的销售指标和费用预算；
Establishing and developing of the sales network；
负责销售网络的建立与维护；
Ensure necessary and relevant information flow of projects followed between client and consultant department.
确保项目相关的必要信息及资料在客户和顾问团队之间沟通。
Support or participate in negotiation of offers & contracts;
指导或者参与报价及合同的谈判；
Following up and resolve the outstanding payments.
跟踪和解决拖欠款项。
Support to implement the market development, promotion plan, and important public activities;
协助完成市场开发与推广计划，以及重大公关活动；
任职要求/Requirement：
1. Bachelor degree or above, age between 25 to 40, Sales experience is must, phone sales is prefer.
本科以上学历，年龄25岁至40岁之间，销售经验是必要条件，电话销售经验加分。
2.Familiar with dealing directly with clients, tender process, sophisticated negotiations skills, etc.
善于与客户之间的直接沟通、投标操作、高级谈判技巧、现场进程评估等。
5. Good skills in communication and organizing, expressive, decisive, and expert at analysis, strategic & systematic thinking, adept in harmony of different cultural backgrounds, can work under pressure.
良好的沟通、协调能力，善于表达和决策，专业的分析及战略和系统思维能力，能够协调不同的文化差异，并适应在压力下工作。
6. Fluent skills of Office software and good English;
熟练使用Office软件，良好的英语水平；
7. Good professional ethics.
良好的职业道德。
8. Healthy and willing to travel within east China by accident.
身体健康，可以适应在华东范围内偶尔出差（一个月一次，当天来回）。 举报 分享
