QA Manager
JOB Description
-Manage QA team towards providing our customers’ with strong assurance of our factory quality control and quality management system
-Manage RMA process with customers, by driving failure analysis investigations and corrective action closures effectively
-Lead internal audit, and be auditor guide for customer and third party audit
-Handle quality issues with supplier, and monitor quality level and drive for improvements of key suppliers
-Audit and qualify new and existing suppliers and ensure that suppliers are able to achieve the required quality level
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 6 years’ working experience in EMS manufacturing environment
- Possess working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485Medical apparatus and instruments , and TS16949automobile - Good command of Chinese & English (CET-6 or above)
- Knowledgeable of Quality System standards
