Main Purpose of the Job:

Generation of CNC programs for 3- and axis machines by using CAM software Siemens NX
使用西门子NX编程软件进行3轴及以上的机器编程；

Main Responsibilities:
主要职责：
o Generation of CNC programs by using CAM software
       使用CAM软件进行CNC 编程；
o Documentation of the generated programs
       程序的归档管理工作
o Startup of complex CNC programs on the machines in cooperation with the machine operator
       指导机器操作员进行程序的导入及调试
o Optimizing of the existing CAM strategies and cutting tools
       优化现有的程序及刀具
o Implementation of new manufacturing strategies from the head quarter
       协助实施总部的加工工艺战略

Education/Experience:
教育/经验
? Advanced knowledge by using a CAM software, Siemens NX (UG) is preferred
       精通一种CAM软件，西门子NX（UG）最好
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in the CNC milling manufacturing
       至少五年以上CNC铣床加工经验
? Experience in the 5 axis CNC machine programming7operation will be an advantage
       有5轴机床经验者优先；
? Knowledge Heidenhain programing and controller interface is an advantage
       有海德汉系统经验者优先；
? Fit to use MS office packet
        熟练使用办公操作软件；
? English verbal and written will be an advantage to communicate with the head quarter
