职位描述：
Responsibilities

EHS
1. Ensure deployment and application of EHS requirements at local level.
2. Manage the relations with the competent authorities.
3. Ensure ISO certifications and updates related to EHS (ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001.
4. Ensure the management for the Dangerous goods storage responsible, Advisor for major Risk and Integrated Environmental Authorization, if applicable.
5. Ensure root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action definition for all incident, Non conformity from HSE authority inspections and near misses.
6. Build action plan to ensure continuous improvement of accountability, responsibility and awareness.

Quality Assurance:
1. Focal point in charge of all quality information (imported or locally made)
2. Monitoring and update of the quality system in agreement with HQ’s policy and ISO 9001 approach. Also through periodic inspections.
3. Develop a ISO 9001 system
4. Coordination of the complain process and analysis of all complains.
5. Coordination of internal non conformity and analysis of all internal non conformity
6. Monitoring of quality performances and trend of products quality with related action plan to manage continuous improvement.

Product stewardship:
1. Verify that all information related to specifications, process and quality of products are available and communicated to the responsible functions.
2. Evaluate local raw material before to be substituted in production and coordinate the change process for industrial usage (in cooperation with local purchase office and under guideline of HQ’s technicians)
3. Coordinate the definition of minimum requirements of specifications for products from all intermediates and final goods.
4. Collect all documents about every single raw materials from the supplier (MSDS, TDS, specification) and maintain them updated
5. Providing Declaration statement as per Customers required related to the all product information

Requirements for Job
1. Bachelor of science in chemistry, preferably in analytic chemistry
2. Sound experience in lab control, worked in quality system management with 5 years plus experience
3. Proactive work, good communication ability, intellectually independent; excellent team working spirit; Well organized and productive;
4. Good computer skills in Microsoft word, excel， excellent oral and written in English
