METHODS AND TOOLS
- guidelines Application Corporate guidance relating to Quality processes;
- Application and management of detection methods and tools of product quality and process defined by HQ
- Implementation tolerance levels defined by HQ and its monitoring. He/she proposes the redefinition of tolerance levels to be submitted to HQ for approval.
AUDIT
(INTERNAL / EXTERNAL)
- local contact person for all Quality audits of 1st and 2nd part;
- Monitor the claims for the market / customer reference plant and sets out the corrective measures to be put in place for the resolution of the same;
- Monitor the processes that contribute to product quality in order to establish a continuous quality improvement actions
INCOMING MANAGEMENT
- Management of processes related to incoming materials and material for export (bases and metal bases, mechanisms, headrests, etc. ..);
- Implements detection methods and tools of quality product and process about the suppliers of materials;
- Monitor supplier performance and enables continuous improvement plans;
- Implementing and Managing vendor rating;
- Decide with the local purchasing department and HQ Quality Department, the interruption of the supply relationship for serious and repeated cases.
OUTCOMING MANAGEMENT
- Management of processes related all'outcoming finished product in terms of aesthetic quality assessment, quality of mechanisms and their functioning, quality of comfort and type / form of packaging;
- Golden Partner inspection management
LABORATORY & COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
- Factory laboratory and necessary certifications management;
- Implementation of the Golden Partner requirements;
- Training and education of internal staff on procedures and quality systems
ISO 9001
- Implementation, Management and Monitoring of the Quality Management System ISO 9001
- Management Audit Plan
- management of the quality procedures for all factory processes
- contact person for external Auditor
AFTER SALES SERVICE
REPAIRS AREA MANAGEMENT
- Customer Clam follow-up
- After Sales Operation (Replacing/Repairing/Return,etc)
- Claim and Aftersales issue analysis and root reason tracking
- After Sales Operation Process and related Standards
- factory repairs area management
- spare parts Warehouse management
- backend activities management in support of the Sales Region
- staff repairers Management and training
Desidered Skills & Experience:
Key competences:
1. Technical degree (engineering or equivalent), with strong and long experience (almeno 10 anni) on after sales and quality position;
2. Fluent English;
3. Ability to work under extensive pressure and deliver efficient results on time;
4. Experience in planning and budgeting;
5. Accurancy;
6. Experience in problem Solving Approach;
7. Root Causes Analysis;
8. ISO , Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing knowledge;
Background and personal qualities:
1. Proactive manager ;
2. Excellent leader able to manage process and people, strong problem solver, targets oriented and multitasking. 3. Good Communicator;
4. Attentive and mindful.
Computer skills:
1. Office;
2. ERP;
Other:
Availability to travel at least 40% of working time.
