职位描述：
工作描述 Job Description :
1.设施管理（供配电系统，HVAC系统，压缩空气系统，工艺循环水系统，净化水系统，废水处理系统，消防系统，叉车、货架、吊机等物料设施，家具等）确保与生产需求相符的水电等介质正常供应。
Facility management (electricity system, HVAC system, compress air system, cooling water system, purified Water system, waste water treatment system, firefighting system, Material Handling Equipment: Forklift, Rack, Hoist, furniture and so on); make sure the utilities supply capacity to meet the requirement from business development.

2.生产能力护容项目及相关配套。持续改进和优化建筑物和基础设施,创建设备设施的预防性维护保养计划。
Production Capacity Expansion and Machinery Hookup。Work on continuously improvement and optimization of the building and infrastructure。Create preventive maintenance plan.

3.为工厂设施建立全面的预防保养体系，包括公司技术人员的专业维修和委外维修。
Setup preventative maintenance systems for facilities including professional maintenance by facility staff and contracted maintenance.

4.新项目支持，执行节能行动等。
New project supporting, energy consumption saving etc;

5.备品备件准备以及负责部门内部培训。
Be responsible for the order of spare parts, internal training of employees.

6.与政府相关部门保持良好的沟通，并贯彻相关法律政策。
Communication with local authorities such as power, water, fire-fighting departments on handling related affairs in proper way. And execute corresponding laws & regulations.

7.执行公司管理层的其它任务安排。
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by company management.

Qualification 任职要求:
1.大专学历以上，电工电子学或相应专业。
College’s degree or above with major in electrical and electronic engineering, or equivalent subject.

2.口头和书面英语。
Command of English in both oral and written.

3.建筑或暖通工程师。
Civil engineer or HVAC engineer.

4.办公软件应用能力，文档、数据表格 、制图。
Ability of Office Software: Word, Excel, Auto CAD .

5.5年以上设施维修管理经验(如厂房, 空调, 水处理, 消防系统等) ;基建和扩容项目经验。
5 years of working experience or above, in facility maintenance/management (e.g. building, HVAC, water treatment, fire-fighting system). Construction or capacity expansion project experience is preferred.

6.能与公司各层员工展开建设性的、有效的沟通；并展示良好的团队工作态度。
Constructive and effective communication skills with people of all levels.
Demonstrate good teamwork attitude.

7.积极主动、求真务实，并对新环境有较快的适应能力。
