Qualifications:
Professional demeanor in greeting visitors, answering phones
Fluent Chinese and English both orally and written
Detail oriented
Cash management experience
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment with multiple interruptions
Strong math skills
Strong communicator
Prefer Major in Business or Accounting,
CET-4 plus
Responsibilities:
Responsible for reception duties
Professionally answer phone in English and/or Chinese and route calls to appropriate person
Professionally greet visitors
Be responsible for recording the Staff attendance accurately and in time.
Responsible for check all Vendors'Payment Request
Purchase stationary within the budget
Booking train and airtickets
Manage petty cash and record bookkeeping.
Support the F/A Manager to prepare the required reports and projects.
