Major Responsibilities:



1. Make process conceptual design as well as optimization;



2. Work as expert of process design in the organization to support project and production.



3. Handle process improvements, productivity increases, cost reductions, and other manufacturing improvements;



4. Assist business or marketing department in promoting company's technology in the external market;



5. Assist other engineering areas to determine the needs and/to to justify new or upgraded equipment;



6. Develop and improve manufacturing processes through the use of personal knowledge, training, consultants, suppliers, etc.









Capability and Competence



1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in chemical process technology or chemical engineering or related disciplines;



2. Knowledge (acquired information necessary to do the job)



1) of unit operations as well as thermodynamics;



2) of process development procedures and tools, e.g. Aspen Plus;



3) Level of knowledge required



3. Able to work for minimum 3-4 days per week.
