1、有二年以上女装辅料采购工作经验；
2、能把握服装辅料的流行趋势及搭配潮流，熟悉各类辅料特性及质量标准；
3、能评估和开发新老供应商，精通辅料品质和测试要求，熟悉辅料生产的周期，能有效控制交期进度；
4、熟悉服装生产流程，敬业爱岗，工作认真仔细，能在压力下工作；
5、工作计划性强，能够合理安排工作流程；
6、能熟练使用计算机，熟练应用各种办公软件（EXCEL等）。
