职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Be responsible for the process design and start-up of new waste water treatment units (physico- chemical & biological).
？ Working closely with the Business units and plants team;
？ Define specifications (emissions standards, inlet flows characterization, constraints), acquire key data (biodegradability, operating parameters & performances on chemical/biological pilots) in the laboratory or compile existing data and interpret that data to identify and design the best treatment process complying with industrial and economic constraints.
？ Define and execute experimental plan in lab.
？ Assist the scale-up of the process at pilot/and or industrial workshops (select waste water unit supplier, follow detailed engineering).
? Be responsible for technology support to plants in the area of waste water treatment, particularly for biological ones by following up performances of current waste water units, assisting plants when issues occur, benchmarking and improving existing treatment processes to meet and exceed HSE compliance and industrial & economic constraints.
? Be responsible of Microbiology Lab for technical support to plants to develop microbiological testing methods, check if products comply with Microbiological specifications, check for contamination during storage or transportation; select proper biocide/conservator to protect product or process against microbial contaminations.
? Keep contact with universities and wastewater treatment companies, and microbiology companies, to be aware of recent development in that field thus to be able to propose and follow technology innovation studies.
? Be key technology specialist in the process design of Wastewater treatment and microbiology for the AP zone, and one of the key R&D contact for the Asian zone and participate in worldwide network for this expertise.

Profile
? MS or PhD; Major in environmental engineering.
? > 3 years working experience in industry or waste water treatment company with proven track record of waste water treatment unit design and biological treatment.
? Background and experience of Microbiology is preferred.
? Good English reading and speaking.
