工作内容:
Job purpose summary:
Be responsible to understand business requirements then translate them into system functional specification, ensure the quality of application development, analyze production issues and continuously improve the systems.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
？ Involve people from different departments and partners. Collect and analyze user requirements and develop system functional specification.
？ Prepare test case and test scenarios for system integration testing (SIT).
？ Train end users and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
？ Assist vendors to deliver services on schedule, cost and good quality.
？ Analyze production issues, identify the root cause of defects, and continuously improve existing application systems.
？ Respond change request of production from business side, fulfill ad-hoc business and operation requests.
？ Be responsible for promoting team work and collaboration within the company, ensuring prompt identification and resolution of potential areas of conflict.
？ Must have rich project experience with Java EE technologies, including Html5, JavaScript, SpringMVC, spring, Hibernate, Dubbo, Zookeeper, and Rocket MQ etc.
？ Must have the experience with Oracle DB and SQL programming
？ Must familiar with Linux/Unix commands
？ Have the project experience in performing software analysis and design, familiar with OOA, OOD, UML, the experience of system architect will be a plus.
？ Understanding and experience in large scale system development and performance tuning is a strong plus.

职位要求:
Qualifications:
？ BS degree in finance, retail or IT
？ Good Java development capability. Hopefully but not must experience as system engineer, system analyst, or production support with Consumer finance/credit (Experian) or personal credit rating.
？ Demonstrate ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions.
？ Analytical Thought and Problem Solving. Fluent English capacity.
