职位描述：
MAIN TASKS

* Check and confirm the orders release to forwarder for shipment
* Collect and check the original customs documents from the suppliers before sending to the customers within the time frame required by the customer
* Handle payment arrangement and follow up if missing
* Check all the payment matters (Payment, Rebates Credit and Debit notes, payment mode, local regulations and laws . . .
* Collect and keep the shipping documents on record
* Data input in Allegro B
* Regular contact with forwarders and suppliers on shipment issues
* Work closely with merchandising teams on shipment issues
* Provide support to Finance to validate the sourcing commission monthly

PROFILE OF THE HOLDER

- Colleague graduate with minimum 2 years relevant work experience
- Strong shipping knowledge
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Computer literate
- Good command of English
