Position Description:

The Commercial Marketing position will insure achievement of division objectives by managing and/or supporting existing and new products. This includes working with the Sales, R&D, Operations and Finance teams to meet the objectives of the business. It includes the responsibilities of business management, including rolling forecast, cost control, price management, distributor coordination and international business case follow up.

Main Responsibilities
1. Key account business management(especially international business case follow up): existing customer database management and further development, deliver customer communication and discussions on both issues; drive strategy and implementation across the customer base;
2. RFQ: drive and respond to Request for Quote (RFQ), drive Volume Price Agreement process and closure; manage product pricing changes by updating all pricing related documentation, databases.
3. Business plan: alignment of monthly commercial reviews for key drivers of business by leadership, update business plan including but not limited to rolling forecast, cost, price and margin analysis, update commercial strategies of each product and analyze commercial risks, such as impact of exchange rate etc.
4. Commercial analysis: analyze and monitor technological, commercial factors via analytics of sales data, price sensitivity, research to manage product pricing changes as well as updating all pricing related documentation, databases;cost control(cost model, cost improvement plan), provide marketing input for products and price competitiveness aimed at increasing profitable growth
5. Aid sales in forecasting, lead tracking, and demand generation via historical sales analysis for revenue growth as well as involving in discussion with distributors;
6. Support other internal affairs when needed

Qualifications
1. Good knowledge of Marketing; Finance knowledge will be a plus
2. Working experience 3 ~ 5 years. Automotive/Semiconductor/Electronics market experience will be preferred.
3. Good presentation and communication skills, an excellent team player and able to work under pressure;
4. Fluent in English, both oral and written, better with overseas experiences
5.Open-minded and flexible to work with customers and internal team members;
