H&M Group’s Global Purchasing Organization (GPO) is a global organization with teams based in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Dhaka and Istanbul. GPO's main responsibility is to secure the Best Global Buy aligned with buying & supply chain strategies. It is a fast growing organization with great career development opportunities.
As a Development Coordinator for Divided, you will support the material and product development processes according to the agreed product development strategy of the concept

What will you do?
As the Development Coordinator you’ll have quite a broad range of tasks including:
? Prepare, send out and follow up component development with the Supply Chain and Buying Office in close cooperation with the Development Responsible
? Support the customer/concept appropriate options on product and components in the development and quotation stage based on the purpose of development
? Seek knowledge from the Buying Office about what the concept/customer wants and support and forward the information that the Supply Chain needs
? Continuously provide feedback and support with solutions to concerned teams in production markets
? Conduct risk assessment in the development stage to take necessary actions to produce the best product

Who will you work with?
In this role you will join a dynamic and energetic team based in Shanghai. You will interact regularly with the GPO team, Buying Office and Supply Chain Organization.
