职位描述：
1. Provide leadership to a team of Supervisors and manage the subordinate staff to meet KPI.
领导下属主管并管理下属成员以达到KPI的要求。
2. Lead departmental improvement projects.
领导部门改善项目。
3. Fully understand and take action on equipment and manpower capacity planning to meet short term plan & long term plan requirements.
充分理解并实施设备及人力的产量计划以满足短期和中期计划的要求。
4. Design and insure material flows to meet inventory control, cycle time and built plans.
设计并管理物料流程以满足库存控制、周期时间和已建立的计划。
5. Assessment and scouting of local suppliers.
评估和考察当地的供应商。
6. Establishing purchase agreements and related technical and quality documents.
建立采购协议和相关的技术和质量文件。
7. Monitor and manage suppliers performances
监控和管理供应商的表现。
8. Handle reported suppliers non-conformances
处理供应商不合格报告
9. Approve suppliers, according to procedures
根据程序，批准的供应商
10. －Evaluate quotations, select suppliers, negotiate and establish purchase agreements
评估报价，选择供应商，并建立采购协议进行谈判。
11. Be responsible for fulfilling the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for own area
负责履行的关键性能指标(KPI)的区域。
12. Recommend training and development programs to drive continuous improvement activities.
推荐培训和发展项目以推动持续发展活动。
13. Retain key people within the organization and be aware of internal and external threats.
保留组织中的关键人物并对于内部和外部的威胁有所警觉。
14. To recruit, train and appraise performance and provide construction feedback on performance.
招聘、培训员工及评估员工的绩效并对员工的表现给出建设性的反馈。
15. Ensure 5S, workplace management and housekeeping standards.
保证5S，车间管理和总务标准。
16. Ensure all reports are accurate.
 确保所有报告准确。
17. Ensure inventories are well controlled.
 确保很好的控制在线库存物料。

任职要求：
More than 3 years As a purchasing machinery industry logistics supervisor or manager.
3年以上物流、采购主管或同等机械岗位经验 。
Experience of the customs import and export.
具备进出口知识。
Strong cost-consciousness & Business understanding
强有力的成本意识、商业悟性。
Persistent, persuasive, strong negotiation skills.
持续的,有说服力的,强有力的谈判技巧。
College degree or above in metal material is prefer.
材料专业大专以上学历为佳
High stress threshold
 较高抗压能力
Able to read, write and communicate in simple English
