This is an eight-month contract position and there is opportunity of retention.

Roles and responsibilities:
Channel Metrics:
1.Inspect and report on metrics of Channel business and program adoption
2.Distribute quarterly Channel revenue, partner performance, Channel install base, new customers list, etc.
3.Create and populate VP territory Dashboards
4.Create partner margin report.

Channelreporting email distribution
1.Extract data from various warehouse, split or/and combine metrics to produce a targeted and desired business analysis, which help understand partner performance.
2.Build a standard process to support various data requests coming from global regions.

Data/reports automation
1.Involve in Channel data/reports automation projects.
2.Work internally and externally to test the system, verify the outputs, constantly feedback on data intelligence.

Competency/Requirements:
a.BS/BA with 2+ year experience. Experience in software company is preferred.
b.English communication is mandatory. TEM 8 level is preferred.
c.Experienced in data analysis and reporting. have operated on Siebel, Oracle, Hyperin, SAP.
d.Proficient in MS Excel and powerpoint and visio application.
e.Have experience in Channel business. Understand what metrics are critical to partner development.
f.Intelligent and being able to build, update, report on business dynamics.
g.Supportive, patient, hardworking, detail oriented.
