职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责

1. Injection Process:
a) Set up, implementation and optimize injection process.
制定、执行和优化注塑成型工艺。

b) In charge of process documentation control.
负责工艺参数文件/作业指导书的制定和维护。

c) Process trouble shooting, ensure molding machine work in normal.
解决生产中出现的工艺问题，确保注塑设备正常运行。

d) Coordinate and solve related technical problems between injection and tooling. Participate in tool making and maintenance.
协调解决注塑工艺和模具制造的技术问题；参与模具制造和维修

e) Set-up maintenance plans for molding equipment and accessories device such as hot runner controllers, tool temperature controllers material feeding device, automation convey, handing device and so on and maintaining responsible. Planning maintenance spare parts and cost control of spare parts purchasing issues and supplier selection proposal.
为注塑设备、模具设定保养计划，包括热流道模具模温机、冷水机、干燥剂等关键设备；关键备品备件计划的设定。

f) Layout review and re-layout work
根据生产设备及工艺情况，优化、调整布局。

2. Production productivity:
a) Responsible for daily production arrangement according to production planning and in charge of production process availability and stability. Responsible for process optimization in case of any deviation in process and production productivity deviated.
根据生产计划，对注塑区域的产量及稳定性负责，使效率最大化。

b) Offer on-job training for line leaders and technicians
提供相关领班及技术员的在岗工艺理论培训。

c) Responsible for set-up the working positions according to process required and organize the employees on site according to training matrix. Responsible for coaching the employees in process and training evaluation responsible.
根据注塑岗位的需求设定员工交叉培训计划，并考核、评估培训效果。

3. Quality and continual improvement:

a) -Continuously improve injection process to reduce cycle time, scrap, and to improve quality.
负责工艺参数的持续改善来减少成型周期、报废和提高质量。

b) Initial quality planning (FMEA) for all products.
能运用FMEA来分析问题。

c) Utilize lean tools to be continually improve problems.
运用精益生产的工具来持续改善。

4. Health, Safety and Environment 质量，健康，安全和环境
a) Maintains a safe and healthy environment by following EHC Health & Safety policies and procedures and complying with current Health & Safety legislation.
负责维护一个安全而健康的工作环境通过执行EHC健康和安全政策和程序，并遵照目前当地法规

b) Follows EHC’s Environmental policies and procedures to reduce impacts to the environment.
遵守依合斯环境政策和程序，减少对环境的影响

c) Maintains quality service by following EHC standards and ISO procedures
根据依合斯标准和ISO程序维护质量服务

5. Production Control / 5S 生产管理/5S
Is expected to promote 5S activities in produce areas.
在生产区域推广5S活动

6. Team Effort 团队协作
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

JOB REQUIREMENT 任职要求

Above college degree. Major in Macromolecule Material or Mechanical/Mold was preferred.
大专及以上学历，高分子材料或机械模具专业毕业优先。

More than eight year extrude and injection technical position, more than three years team management experience will be preferred, dual injection and over-molding knowledge& experience was required.
8年以上挤出、注塑技术工作经验; 其中有3年团队管理经验的优先；
必须有有双注塑模具、成型工艺等知识。

Strong knowledge of scientific injection molding, machine parameters setting and excellent problem solving.
丰富的注塑工艺知识，熟悉设备参数设置；优秀的注塑问题解决能力。

Be familiar with (dual) injection and over molding mold structure and tooling assembly drawing. Experience in tool maintenance is plus.
熟悉注塑模具结构；以及模具装配图；有模具维修经验尤佳

Understanding characteristics of PA, POM, ABS, PP etc.
有PA、POM、ABS、PP等塑料材料特性等知识。

Familiar with Lean and six sigma tools, GB will be preferred.
熟悉精艺生产和六西格玛工具，有绿带证书者优先。

Familiar with injection automation.
熟悉注塑自动化。

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。

Working independently and with good team work.
独立工作能力和团队精神。

Hands-on, willing to get dirty and spend time on production floor.
有亲自动手能力，愿意在生产线花时间专研工作的。

Good oral and written English
