Job Scope:
·Test incoming goods according to the provisions of the inspection and instructions
·Responsible interface for quality issues of goods inward processes and document/ manage records of quarantined material.
·Following up the supplier corrective action and verification the effect of placed action.
·Responsible to follow up quality problem found during testing and/or assembly process.
·Communicate information on failed product inspections to and between responsible departments (problem-solving, resolution and verification the effect of action of AP Quality case).
·2nd level After Sales Support / Responsible for the handling of quality cases, analysis requests, internal support (e.g. product basic test, application information collection, shipping preparations)
·Document all tasks in BEST and AP-Quality tool, execute internal follow-up and provide updates to 1st level support.
·Assist Quality manager to maintain the quality management system.
·Responsible for calculating and issuing all regular statistical reports (e.g. monthly Q-Report, incoming, end test, customer return etc.).
·Monitor the product quality and check the WTI, instruction, procedure implementation on the assembly line variable interval.
·Maintain the AP quality tool data and maintain records of and provide gauges and equipment calibration requirements.
·Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requiements:

? Educational and professional training/relevant experience in the field quality management.
? College degree or above in technology engineering or related field.Practical experience in quality assurance for >2Years. Technology/quality testing and knowledge about Q-Systems are advantageous
? Minimum 3 years' experience in product Engineering or in Quality management in the HVAC industry or ancillary industry.
? Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality management system.
HVAC products and application experience are of advantage.
? Profound PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel).
? SAP skills are of advantage.
? Language: Good at mandarin and English reading and writing.
? Good communication skill with internal and external
? Entrepreneurial personality
? Efficient and diligent approach.
