Responsibilities:
- Handle all HR related topics including Recruitment, HR admin and L&OD)
- Optimize the process and procedures for the HR and other support teams and make sure the work is aligned with the internal customer needs
- Design and implement an overall L&OD Strategy, processes, tools and training programs based on the needs of the organization
- Lead talent management cycle, including talent calibration and follow up, succession planning, performance leadership, talent development programs and talent assessment
- Deliver various Training classes as internal training faculty
- Provide selected employees and Management team one on one coaching and development feedback sessions
- Develop and mentor junior employees and support them in their growth and career
- Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor and next-level supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher
- 5-7 years working experience
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Familiar with all HR processes, tools and policies (Recruitment, L&OD, C&B)
- Experienced in and passionate about learning & development
- Demonstrable track record of implementing and delivering results through an employee development program
- Experienced in developing training programs and delivering various training courses
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and HR related technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Team work skills
- Proactive attitude and hands-on mentality
- Customer focus
- Stress resistance
- Willingness to learn
