职位描述：
为实现企业的经营目标制定策略；收集和了解各类市场信息和有关情报，并在此基础上进行归纳分析；宣传企业形象和推广企业品牌；制定推动销售的促销计划。
1. 计划，制定并跟踪年度市场活动推广计划。
2. 市场调查和竞争者情报分析。
3. 计划,执行户外，线上及平面媒体战略，包括广告和公共关系渠道。
4. 与法国市场总部沟通以确保所有品牌材料与总部标准的一致性,并根据本土化需求调整品牌宣传材料。
5. 管理微信、微博、社交网站等数字化营销网络平台。
6. 负责当季品牌画面资料和产品名录的拍摄、设计和生产。
7. 店铺橱窗和在店的形象画面设计。
8. 确保店铺促销宣传物料的及时发货。
9. 通过电子邮件和短信以及其他VIP活动方式发展，维护及管理客户关系管理系统。
10. 与其他品牌和组织的合作以整合对双方有利的品牌资源。
11. 设计和生产店铺员工的各季制服。
12. 合理地计划和分配年度预算以实现***投资回收。
13. 与内部其他部门沟通和合作，例如产品、运营等。
14. 与供应商的沟通与协调，从供应商的需求介绍到发货整个环节。

任职资格：
1. 本科以上学历，市场营销专业
2. 三年以上工作经验，精通线上及线下推广，有服装零售或童装行业优先考虑。
3. 具有良好的文字功底，有较为丰富的广告策划、市场营销等方面的知识，能够独立完成策划案；
4. 出色的组织协调能力、观察能力和分析能力，
5. 具有较出色的口头与书面表达能力，擅长与人沟通和交往，
