职位描述：

1. 接收、确认美国总部和欧洲，中东分公司的采购订单。

2. 全程跟踪公司采购订在供应商工厂的执行进度并及时将最新进度反馈给美国总部和欧洲分公司。

3. 负责公司进出口通关货物的单据制作、审核，包括协调出货和运输，款项和发票事宜，具体货 运方式等。

4. 负责公司进出口货物的整体流程的协调和相关商务工作，包括准备必要的商务和法规文件。

5. 对负责的进出口货物进行跟踪和反馈。

6. 作为公司对外沟通的窗口，负责公司、供应商、货代、物流和国外公司之间的沟通和协调，将任何更改、投诉或需求，传达到内部或外部的相关部门。

7. 熟悉订单管理和外贸和进出口流程。

8. 领导交办的其它日常事务。

职位要求：

1. 英文、财务、国际贸易、物流等相关专业，全日制本科学历。

2. 五年以上相关工作经验。

3. 英文六级或以上，书写、口语流利。

4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力和分析解决问题的能力。

5. 工作认真、细致，责任心强，具有较强社会活动能力。
