职位描述：
Primary & Essential Functions:
? Testing and inspection data entry: ensure inspection and test plan are entered into corporate internal PO management system timely.
? Perform administrative check / review of testing and inspection records for each PO, and ensure all information and records are updated and available in the corporate internal PO management system.
? Maintain and update all testing and inspection standards, templates and reports;
? Manage CAPA reports for testing and inspection failures, customer claims, NCRs.
? Master samples maintenance and renewals;
? Maintain QC inspection tools and calibration records;
? Vendor coordination and administrative support

Primary & Scope of Control:
? Shanghai office base required
? No traveling required;
? No team management responsibility required

Education and Experience Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in science, wood science and engineering, chemical engineering, quality systems, mathematics, or business administration from accredited four-year college or university or equivalent is required.
? Minimum 2 years of experience in quality systems implementation and management is required. Prior experience in a medium to large manufacturing or supply chain environment is required, preferably in the flooring or forest products industry.
? Good communication skills (verbal and written) in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
? Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Manager/Organizational Excellence (CQM/OE), Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, Certified Quality Auditor, or related credentials is preferred. 举报 分享
