职位描述：

1. Work with each engineer to set up unit DFM development goals and schedule, to meet overall project requirement. 与组内成员共同协作，建立DFM研发目标及计划，以满足整个项目要求。

2. Obtain responsibility from the DFM section manager. Execute assigned projects with planned goals and schedule. 接受DFM主任分配任务；执行并按时完成所负责工作任务。

3. Provide training for new engineers with the help from the section manager and higher management在上级领导帮助下，完成对新员工的培训。

4. Contribute to the company’s IP in patents of at least 1~2 per year每年完成专利1篇以上

5. Evaluate new DFM tools with the help from the section manager as directed by the section manager or higher management. 在上级领导帮助下，完成对新DFM工具的评估。

6. Monitor and review safety in the work environment, partially responsible for employee safety in the group. 监测工作环境中安全隐患；负责组内员工人身安全。

7. Help with the recruiting process, provide recommendations if needed DFM成员招聘，推荐并提供潜在候选人资料。

8. Provide support for the information protection of the company. 提供内外审查报告，并协助完成相关审查流程。

任职资格：

1. 大学本科及以上学历

2. 英语良好，沟通流畅

3. 有四年以下相关工作经验即可

4. 专业知识及技能：A thorough understanding of semiconductor processing and development, poses expertise in DFM areas, especially in advanced nodes (65nm and below); knowledgeable in process integration and devices

5. 其它技能：Understand/operate semiconductor process, metrology and inspection tools, DOE and data analyses.
