工作职责：
一、班车协调
1.负责20个客户的班车调度，确保客户缺席情况会准确传达到司机
2.负责司机日常行车调度
3.整理出车时刻表和收据的报销。
二、公司委员会和内部活动的组织协调
1.负责公司活动委员会和午餐委员会
2.组织和协调员工生日会
三、行政事务
1.收集并跟进日常维修单
2.协调IT工作和联系其他供应商
3.部门安排的其他行政工作

任职资格：
1.有相关行政工作经验
2.有客户服务、学校或诊所前台工作经验优先
3.英语口语佳，能与外国人进行日常对话
4.办公软件运用能力佳

Duties and responsibilities:

Transportation Coordination

- Manage the transportation schedule for approximately 20 clients, ensure that absence information is reverted to company drivers. Manage daily duty roster of the drivers. Collect time sheets and expense receipts.

Organize Company Committees and social events
- You are responsible for organizing and coordinating the company Social committee, and Lunch Committee.
- Organize and coordinate staff birthday party.

Operations support
- Collect maintenance request and ensure work is followed up.
- Liaise with external service vendors, organizing work with outsourced IT vendor and building maintenance.
- Provide support to the rest of the HOF department as needed.
- Understand, abide by, and enforce all ELG policies and protocols, as outlined in the ELG Employee Handbook.

Minimum Requirements:

? Minimum undergraduate degree or relevant work experience.
? As this is a multinational work experience, you must be proficient in spoken and written English.

ELG is a social enterprise that provides special education, behavioral, developmental, mental health services for both the local and international communities.

Speech-language pathologist Dr. Shari D. Rosen was the first American developmental therapist based in China. When she saw the lack of resources available in Shanghai for families of children with special needs, she, husband Monte Rosen, and friend Andrew Hill came together to form ELG. ELG was launched in 2006.

ELG offers speech-language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, behavior therapy, and mental health counseling by appointment. Some examples include support with learning disabilities, sleep difficulties, handwriting, mental health challenges, coordination, social skills, and much more. People can call with any issue, even if they aren’t sure what specific type of therapy or assessment they need. ELG sees over 600 clients per year across China.

ELG also offers training to parents and professionals, as well as consultation for safeguarding and crisis management.
