职位描述：
Job Purpose:
“To generate creative solutions and maintain consistency execution of all design projects
for Lane Crawford China”

Key Accountabilities:
In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Brand Consistency
? To ensure that the LC brand identity is consistent across all projects in China
? To implement seasonal brand signage needs based on branding and templates provided by the Hong Kong Art Department
? To translate marketing messages into a creative communication that excite and inspire customers and add to their unique experience
? To ensure translation of creative execution is consistent in design and on brand across all medium, in China
? To synergise with VM to maintain consistency with creative concepts when translated to store level

Production
? To execute and implement creative concept for all communication activities
? To liaise and oversee colour separators and printers on technical production work
? To ensure designs are within allocated budget and delivered on time
? To ensure all completed projects are filed correctly following the Brand Creative process

Team Work
? To demonstrate and reinforce the Lane Crawford Vision and Values at all times
? To work closely with Art department in Hong Kong
? To work effectively and be a team player at all times
? To recognize, reward and celebrate success with the team, stores and vendors

Requirements：

1. Good skills on design software, like photoshop, illustrator, etc.
2. Creative and effective
3. Can work well under big pressure
4. Good time management skills
