职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 同时管理总分两家公司；

要求：
1. 至少10年工作经验（其中至少5年在管理岗位）；
2. 熟悉销售、采购流程及业务；
3. 纺织行业背景为必须；
4. 懂得预算和成本控制；
5. 英语口语流利。

Responsibility:

1. Manage two China entities, headquarter in Shanghai and subsidiary in Haining;
2. Prepare and manage short-term and long-term plan and strategy of the company and arrange for implementation;
3. Lead the sales and purchase team directly to meet sales target and purchase quantity and quality;
4. Maintain good relationship with local suppliers and customers;
5. Strengthen and monitor internal control of the company;
6. Monitor and control overall budgeting and cost;
7. Perform annual performance evaluation of in-charge persons for each department, and approve and control from finance and tax perspective;
8. Build and enhance company culture;
9. Report to head office in Poland in English;
10. Manage and control production function through factory manager, including building relevant planning and controlling mechanism to ensure the efficiency, technology, quality and cost of production;
11. Organise production, equipment, security check, and production statistics maintenance etc.;
12. Manage production safety, and ensure that there will not be any serious production accident;

Requirement:
1. Colleague education and above; at least 10 yrs working experiences (minimum 5 yrs experiences in a management role as a general manager); experiences in textile industry is required;
2. Good people skill to ensure good relationship with suppliers;
3. Proficient technical skills of textile production, including production procedure, quality control, textile technics etc.; be familiar with the daily process of factory production;
4. Experience in budgeting, cost control and human resource evaluation is necessary;
5. Good communication skills and team work personality; strong sense of ownership; high professional standard; hard worker; be able to work under pressures;
6. Strong problem solving skills;
