To support the fast and sustainable growth, PEER Group now invites high caliber personnel to take up the position of HR Generalist. The position will be located in Shanghai.
Job Summary
The HR Generalist will be responsible for the shared service function in PEER Shanghai.
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will perform the following key responsibilities and other functions that may be assigned in the future.
? Recruit the needed personnel through hiring websites and other social media. Follow up the hiring process in time. Manage different hiring channels and keep related records.
? Support the facilitation of the training courses and update training reports.
? Calculate monthly payroll, declare individual tax with accuracy.
? Handle the work permit, visa related affairs.
? Responsible for the on-boarding and termination process of employees.
? Take care of employee care activities, such as weekly sports organization.
? Support the HR projects when needed.
? Maintain staff files.
? Other related tasks.
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
? 5-8 years related working experience
? Quick learner and self-motivated
? Good team player
? Detail oriented
? Able to work under pressure
? Multi-task handling with good time management skill
? Effective communication skills
? Efficient English
