岗位描述/职责
1. 机加工加工中心产能计算，监控和统筹
2. 原材料采购请求及交货计划安排，控制原材料在合理的库存水平
3. 根据主生产计划及时发放机加工生产工单，跟踪生产流程，确保按时交货
4. 根据不同物料需求， 提供（半）年度/季度/月度需求预测及更新给供应商
5. 新生产物料价格追踪建立，确保物料及时收货
6. 及时与仓库/机加工/质检/装配等相关部门协调解决问题，避免造成物料短缺
7. 根据产能状况，及时和奥地利总部沟通，并跟踪出口奥地利总部订单，确保及时出货
8. 完成部门上级委派的各项工作。


Job Description/Responsibility
1. Production (machining center) and outsourcing capacity planning
2. Raw material PR and delivery controlling, avoid missing raw material and control raw material stock level
3. Release production order on time, follow production status and monitor OTD
4. Base on different material, provide annual /quarterly /monthly forecast to supplier
5. Monitor system price maintained on time for new materials, avoid GR problem which caused by missing price
6. Co-work closely with WH/Machining/QM/ASSY and support to solve relative problem, avoid or reduce missing parts
7. Communicate with EA headquarter consider machining capacity status, co-work for more orders from EA when free capacity at plant and fulfill order on time delivery to headquarter
8. Finish other jobs on time assigned by department supervisor /manager


工作要求/标准
1. 熟悉并掌握SAP系统；
2. 三年及以上相关工作经历；
3. 工科学历，能读懂机械图纸；
4. 熟练运用Excel
5. 流利的英语口语和读写能力；
6. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；


Job Requirement
1. Experience in SAP
2. 3 or more years related work experience
3. Technical education background, ability to read mechanical drawings
4. Good Excel skills
5. Fluent in English writing and speaking

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
