职位描述：
Responsibilities & Requirements
1. Work on agendas, book meeting rooms, arrange meetings, book travels, process visa application related documents, etc.;
2. Plan and organize employee relations activities or events, e.g. annual party, Family Day Event, all hands meeting, etc.;
3. Company procurement of gift-making and other goods;
4. Write articles in both Chinese and English for internal newsletter and so on;
5. Detail-oriented and thoughtful;
6. Communication skills
A. Cooperate and coordinate with different function departments to address issues;
B. Follow up closely and give timely feedback;
C. Articulate requests or requirements accurately.
7. Multi-tasking skills to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy;
8. Proactive attitude with good sense of customer first;
9. Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills;
10. Highly dedicated to the work and always go extra miles;
11. Good team player;
12. Contribute creative ideas and make them happen and quick responses to any ad-hoc request;
13. Be interested in learning new things and develop into new skills.

Qualification
1. Bachelor degree required and majored in Administration Management preferred
2. At least 5 years of hands-on administration experience in big multi-national companies
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
4. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Photoshop.
