Position Title: Digital Manager
Report To: Senior Digital Manager
Department: Marketing
Location: Shanghai
Main Responsibilities/工作职责
1. Support to big data operation - aggregation, analysis and activation
- Understand consumer data is one of the most valuable brand assets for future growth
- Data collection from online (T-mall FS + T-mall B + JD POP), offline (mainly campus) and also brand marketing campaigns as a supplementary way
- Data analysis via internal hub & external tools to acquire in depth insights & findings
- Data activation – including modelling and segmentation, to run regular CRM program
- Share monthly data report and ad hoc deep dive to whole team to trigger discussion about planning and operation optimization
2. Manage brand consolidated digital calendar development and adjustment
- Work closely with brand marketing teams to cascade brand strategy to digital platform
- Understand digital trend, digital behavior and competitor development; lead agency to manage excellent execution
- Proactively manage and work with agency to monitor, and maximize the ROI
- Review campaign performance and generate learnings
3. In charge of brand owned social media & EPR campaigns
- Develop annual social strategy
- Work with agency to cook social content for both NIVEA and NIVEA MEN brand WeChat & Weibo official accounts
- Enable digital agency to catch up social trend and socialize brand content
- Manage to generate monthly social analysis and reports
- Work with brand marketing team and lead agency to maintain and update the website according to marketing activities
- Lead brand EPR campaigns and create ‘Influencer’ strategy and implement influencer activity
Qualification & Experience/职位要求
- 3 to 5 years working experience in digital marketing field;
- Experience in international FMCG company;
- Strong digital mindset and project management skills;
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
