1、负责培训部整体规划、对部门结构有清晰的思路；
2、负责公司产品知识结构的培训、企业文化背景、发展下线等方面的培训；
3、针对有激情有梦想的人如何创业培训、营销方法培训、商品优势培训；
4、关于渠道管理、客户分析、销售技能等专业能力的提升培训；
5、部门其他工作。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，有快消、化妆品、食品等领域的优先；
2、熟悉办公室软件的使用，PPT的熟练使用、精通；
3、性格外向，具备较强的沟通演说能力及带团队能力，耐心、责任心；
