Responsibilities
1. Project manager for assigned projects
o Develop scope of work packages
o Manage engineering sub-vendor's through detailed multi-disciplined engineering activities
o Interface with customer engineering company to include facility design
o Customer interface
o Interface with the general contractor's during site construction and field installation interface
o Responsible for plant commissioning, start up, acceptance testing, and customer handover
2. Responsible for the support of order to delivery process for complex gas plants,
3. Support Sales Division through the bid to order phase including cost estimates and technical support at client meetings,
4. The engineer will work with a multidisciplinary team including subcontractors for mechanical design, manufacturing and process engineering to ensure that client requirements are fulfilled.
5. Ensure both orders and projects are delivered on time and within budget
6. Organize tasks to meet potentially aggressive deadlines or multiple projects
7. Provide cost estimates for full scope engineering packages to the sales department include cost model with plant scaling factors, line size pricing for equipment, etc
8. Field engineer for assigned projects / site specific responsibilities are to include:
o Support the project manager during project execution,
o Complete all operating procedures, service and maintenance procedures, and end user training plans for assigned projects,
o Provide remote support and on-site preventative / corrective maintenance;
o Support all biogas plant installations in assigned area,
o Coordinate and support commissioning, start up, and testing of assigned gas plants. Ensure successful hand over to responsible operations group. This will potentially required extended hours to include evenings and weekends,
o Developing, implementing and delivering preventative maintenance and service programs,
o Developing and maintaining reliability and performance statistics;
o Developing and maintaining customer support database for contacts,
o Equipment status/history and operation data
o Developing and implementing an administration system for change requests,
o Ensure all start ups are completed in accordance with in country local rules and regulations
o Provide feedback for design improvements regarding reliability, availability and serviceability, as well as developing additional sales / support resources such as operator training programs; maintenance certification programs; and field diagnostic tools.
9. Adheres to all safety guidelines, policies and procedures


Qualification and Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience preferably in a gas, chemical, or oil plant industry.
3. ­ Knowledge of project engineering, plant operations, service, and maintenance.
4. Highly skilled in project management.
5. Experience with technical management and the ability to prepare detailed technical proposals.
6. Understanding of control and instrumentation systems to include DCS and PLC.
7. Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office, AutoCad, SolidWorks, and MS Project.
8. Interpersonal skills and organizational skills are essential.
9. Ability to speak and write English and Chinese. Other major Asia languages such as Korean are advantageous but not essential.

ADX解决方案
空气吸干机 空气和气体的净化从1967年开始就一直是瑞必科的核心技术。已制造安装了数千套的压缩空气吸干机/系统，并在全球范围内为这些装置提供持续的服务。

BGX解决方案
沼气提纯 瑞必科沼气解决方案有独具特色的知识产权保护的紧凑、快周期变压吸附（rPSA）技术—设计用以提纯含有CO2、H2O、H2S和高含量的N2和O2（二者总摩尔含量0%至30%）的原料气流。此解决方案非常高效，经证实的回收率高达96%。

FSX解决方案
压缩空气和气体过滤 瑞必科生产全套气体和压缩空气处理设备或系统所需的过滤器设备（水、油水分离器、聚结型和微粒过滤器），从低压到高压（***达420barg）包括车载过滤器。选型包括从单滤芯铸铝外壳过滤器到工业规模的碳钢或不锈钢外壳的多滤芯过滤器。

H2X解决方案
氢气提纯 瑞必科开发了大容量的吸附产品平台，用于一系列炼油厂的用途，包括炼油厂尾气的氢气回收。

MTX解决方案
膜技术 应用于管道气销售、燃料气处理、胺洗法工厂的消除瓶颈和在岸、偏远地区或离岸项目。瑞必科超高效的中空纤维聚合物膜聚焦脱除天然气中的CO2，以简单、灵活、成本经济的方式提供异常优越的选择性。

N2X解决方案
制氮 瑞必科的集成化的现场制氮系统为客户提供了一整套解决方案，包括使用PSA或者膜吸附技术从大气中浓缩制氮所需要的所有设备。

NGX解决方案
天然气干燥&提纯 瑞必科作为加气站用的天然气干燥领域领导者，在全球主要设施都有其设备，其中包括与埃克森美孚Exxon、顺驰Sunco、中石化和中石油的合作。瑞必科吸干机符合ASME标准（美国机械工程师协会）和天然气委员会认证，并可根据客户要求定制化产品。

SGX解决方案
特种气体干燥和提纯 瑞必科能够处理任何数量的特殊应用，包括氦气的回收与净化。
