职位描述：
采购专员/原料采购工程师Sourcing Specialist
工作职责：
- 负责果汁等饮料原料的采购策略的开发及执行；
- 负责产地果汁订单的管理，为公司采购性价比高的果汁；并对产地水果原料、物料库存账目进行管理；
- 供应商开发、资质审查、甄选；优化进货渠道，供应商管理；
- 定期对目标市场进行调研，并制作市场调研报告；
- 与跨国家、跨部门的采购团队合作并沟通；
- 协助定价专员完成原料价格管理及成本控制

任职资格：
- 大专及以上学历，三年以上饮料食品行业原料采购经验；
- 具备良好的产品知识和市场敏感度，较强的市场分析能力，良好的谈判技巧；
- 具备团队协作精神，具有良好的职业道德和职业操守，责任心强；
- 适应偶尔出差；
- 英语熟练，能与国外团队合作协调,具备与供应商文字及口语交流能力。

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Director with strategic planning and the execution of sourcing practices
- Define requirements and templates for analytics and market intelligence
- Support the continuous improvement and standardization of the strategic souring processes
- Coordinate with off-shore sourcing team to provide support on sourcing events (e.g. bid event preparation, supplier communication package, negotiation decks)
- Perform supplier analysis including supplier screening, financials and capability assessments to support supplier selection process
- Develop specific toolkits and execute end-to-end sourcing projects

Minimum Requirement:
- Associate degree or above
- Minimum 3 year experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, food& beverage industry preferred
- Quick learning agility, good communication skill and project management abilities
- Fluent spoken / written English
- Willing to travel occasionally 举报 分享
