职位描述：
Major responsibilities: 主要职责

？ Lead, coordinate or develop lean production project in Engineered Pump, Standard Pump and Valve etc.
？ Initiating and execution of projects for process improvement based on state of the art Lean Tools (Value stream mapping, Lean six sigma, Kaizen etc.).
？ Auditing of production processes in order to improve product quality to a world class level.
？ Being engaged in the layout preparation and optimization.
？ Making analysis on production investment.
？ Be part of the project for manufacturing footprint.
？ Training of staff in lean management and lean thinking.
？ Make internal workshops guiding related staff in the change proces
？ Receive other takes from the manager
Requirement profile：
Formal education: Mechanical Engineer or Production Related
Professional experience: 3 years above
Special skills:
？ Experience in theory and practice of lean tools
？ Experience in project management
？ Experience in holding workshop/training
Language skills: English fluent
Lean production skills, production investment analysis, Six Sigma Green Belt above will be preferred 举报 分享
