职位描述：
（Experienced in supply chain materials demand planning with chemical industry ；team management or leadship skills as well as fluent oral english skills as a must）
Objectives
To maximize value for customers by providing efficiency and effective planning process and practice and to lead efficient and effective management of the planning processes to secure and enhance business opportunities

Main Tasks
Lead and motivate the planning management team to achieve the defined business targets of sales turnover, market profit, logistics costs, inventory and service levels.
Review the process and structure, with the supply chain manager to build high efficient process and working organization. enable the targeted business growth.
Develop and implement planning concepts to best serve the business needs of the different business segments.
Lead and monitor the planning activities in the areas of demand and supply planning, high-level production planning, inventory management and the planning related to cross functional work
Establish the capability of direct import management for Distribution Centers
Support business strategy and cross function projects
Collaborate with Supply Chain team to identify synergy opportunities and to optimize the overall performance
Support to design and innovation of planning performance management
Drive continuous improvements on supply chain operations to achieve operational excellence, increase overall team productivity and efficiency
Coach, develop and motivate team members; identify training needs for the team
Increase safety awareness of the team (LTI 0)
Support on the succession plan and knowledge transfer
Daily communication with customer service team for make sure the stock and plan are matching customers’ requirements.
Handle customers’ inquiries/non-conformities in accordance with established operation policies/procedures

Requirements
Bachelor degree in business and/or supply chain preferred
10 years working experience in supply chain; a minimum of 3 year experience in chemical company & chemical logistics company. Working experiences related to Environmental, Health and Safety are preferred
Strong leadership skills
Bilingual in local language (Mandarin) and English 举报 分享
