职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Contribute to the definition of demand planning processes and procedures.
? Maintain medium term demand forecast (12 month), in alignment with annual business plan, ensure the most accurate forecast inputs.
? Communicate defined plans to regional functional teams.
? Organize and lead the demand meetings and guarantee good practice.
? Follow up & coordinate new project/new product launch or ramp-up.
? Maintain finished goods stock levels in the region as defined by regional supply chain managers.
? Lead projects/initiatives to improve the demand forecasting processes.
? Discuss and resolve with Business and Sales & Marketing important issues affecting demand.
? Close work with Global Planners in various issues affecting regional supply or inventory level.
? Coordinate with site planners about production schedule and availability issues.
? Act as key user for the own region regarding the ERP and planning systems.
 

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in relevant area (supply chain management, industrial engineering, etc)
? At least 3 years of relevant working experience in planning. SAP experience is highly preferred.
? Knowledge with import and export operations, especially on WGQ Free Trade Zone operation is a strong plus.
? Good oral and written communication skills in English.
? Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quick in learning, and able to work under pressure.
