岗位职责：

1、客户日常订单处理

2、客户日常咨询以及物流跟踪

3、系统操作

4、制作相关报表

5、异常处理以及跟进

6、承运商对账以及客户账单制作

7、财务结算

8、项目分析并整改落实

岗位要求：

1、大专及以上学历, 3年以上第三方物流行业相关工作经验，有合资或外企工作经验者佳

2、有电商或快消品行业的项目客服经验者优先

3、良好的客服服务意识，对突发事件能够及时、冷静地处理，思路敏捷

4、有亲和力，熟练操作office软件（PPT及EXCEL）应用熟练

5、服从上级安排，可接受轮班，工作积极主动、有责任心
