职位描述：
Job Purpose：
1) Understand business / macro environment & business plan within region
2) Provide insight analysis for business & operation and improve progress effectiveness & efficiency
3) Develop detail P&L budget & full budget story line
4) Support Industrial to achieve all financial & operational objectives
5) Assure to implement company policy & procedure

Key Responsibilities:
1) Work with Industrial team for expense control, cost reduction, inventory control
2) Monthly closing & Industrial performance analysis
3) Annual budget & rolling forecast & 5YP preparation
4) Industrial Investment Analysis & follow
5) Assure compliance to internal control policy & procedure
6) Finance management like tax, legal, treasury
7) Team member training & development
8) Others tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualification Requirements：
* Typical Education Level
Bachelor degree
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills：
Good business risk sense ; Professional financial analysis & finance management skills;
Fluent English & Good PC skills; SAP super user; Strong leadership 举报 分享
