Position Summary: This position is aim to lead and develop the team to manage the day to day orders and provide best services to internal or external customers.
Job Responsibilities:
? Ensure the order information flow from IPO review till order deliveries. Manage subordinates and work closely with relative teams. Follow order situation effectively and lead the expediting to secure the order execution, and on time delivery.
? Recruit, train, coach and develop subordinators. Keep the whole team high service attitude and personnel skills. Evaluate subordinators’ performance and give feedbacks.
? Follow up sales targets and KPIs closely.
? Work with global teams for processes relative development.
? Take all necessary actions and make suggestions to improve the process effectiveness.
? Prepare business reports for department management needs.
? Other sales support relative work according to manager's assignment.
Requirements:
? Above college degree with minimum 5 years relative working experience in a foreign investment manufacturing company. Major could be commercial. (Knowledge with technical would be a plus.)
? High command of English (Both written and Oral capability)
? Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience of ERP system is necessary.
? Customer Service Thought. Result Orientated.
? Open-minded. Team player with good communication skill.
? Systematic, independent and creative thinking.
