职位描述：
Responsibilities
1.Develop sourcing strategies for sourcing, ongoing supplier evaluation and management
2.Lead contract and price negotiations for raw material purchasing
3.Maintain and implement commodity strategies, program management for cost reductions
4.Responsible for implementation of Purchasing Control Police, working instructions and guidelines for users on how to deploy it
5.Lead communication of BU, with serve on your own initiative, guides a need and meet the demand
6.Continue drive process improvement
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering relative major
2.Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain and/or Commercial background
3.Solid chemistry knowledge scope in organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, alytical chemistry mical angineering, etc
4.Influence/communication - establishes good relationships; drives change across functional
5.Sourcing experience in Pharmaceutical Company or Chemical Plant is a plus
6.Bench work in Chemical-lab is preferred
7.With compression powerful people, and own initiative driving force
