Job Description

Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow sales in South China, including develop and maintain distribution channel and director customers. Develop growth strategy and tactics to win new business and achieve the business objectives.

2. Launch new products or promote new applications to gain early market acceptance and accelerate penetration.

3. Understand the industry trends & drivers, could map out the value chain and define the key needs and wants of the market segments. Develop regional insights.

4. Conduct and control all elements of basic sales process, such as offers and contracts. Negotiate of contract terms, such as quantity, payment terms and delivery terms. Negotiate the price within the price range.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Business or Chemical related.

2. Knowledge related to Coating, Inks or Personal care.

3. 3-5 years working experiences of sales or technical.

4. Understand market requirements of customers and end customers in terms of technical performance.

5. Good communication skills and networking capabilities.

6. Willing to travel 40-50%.
