职位描述：
Summary: Ensure production line equipment in good condition to run, improve and enhance the capabilities of production line equipment. provide maintenance skill training to technicians.

Responsibilities:
1.Collect and analyze the production data and equipment status data, find out and eliminate main problem, and reduce downtime accordingly.
2.Estimate equipment situation, identify potential equipment risk, make analysis on downtime to eliminate the risk in time.
3.Spare part planning and management. Push to localize equipment spare parts actively, Reduce maintenance cost.
4.Continuously improve the equipment performance on safety, efficiency, reliability and operating cost.
5.Training technician and share experience with the other colleague, improve technical level of the whole team.
6.Define,review and update the related equipment document regularly.
7.Supports to the projects lead by NPI, Produciton, Automation , R&D team.
8.Good communication with the other department.
9.Finish the related work assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
1.Education: Mechatronics undergraduate degree.
2.Experience:more than five years experience in equipment maintenance.
3.Personality:Honest and diligent; Open mind , team player;
4.Software &English:Solidwords/ AutoCAD; Office ;Labview.
