工作内容：
开发内部系统
用技术手段提高部门其他团队工作效率
用技术手段解决线上应用各种问题


职位要求：
2年以上J2EE开发经验，熟练使用主流WEB开发框架及各种库，了解典型的WEB项目架构。
Java基础扎实，熟练使用JDK API，掌握常见设计模式，对代码质量有极高追求。
除了简单的业务CRUD外，有开发过工具/API/框架或其他一些能证明动手能力的工作经验。
掌握LINUX基本操作，了解简单的shell知识，会进行一些基础的运维操作。
有GIT使用经验。
学习能力强，能在短时间内自学新领域知识。
自认为自己技术不错。
思路清晰，在沟通时能正确表达出自己的想法，也能正确理解对方的意思，沟通时能做到不卑不亢。
