General:
- Maintain all documentation during the whole project – Hempel server, NIras project web – and coordinate with Consulting Engineer (CE).
Design and tender phase:
- Secure that the CE uses the most recent design documents from Hempel / Niras
- Secure that all CE docs are reviewed by Hempel and Hempel comments are implemented by CE
- Support tender phase
Construction/Installation:
- Secure correct documentation (latest version) is available on site and contractors use latest version for construction.
Commissioning:
- Secure test protocols are available for all commissioning and that latest version of design documents are used.
As built documentation:
- Secure that all aspects of the factory is covered with correct as-built documents.
Required education, experience and job-related skills
- Documentation Controller – background as Technical Designer
- Minimum 10 years experience with construction projects in China as documentation controller or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience with site work – located in the site office during construction.
- Experience with complex technical installations – e.g. ventilation, electrical distribution, etc – not only concrete and steel.
- Minimum 5 years experience (latest experience) working on projects in China for international companies and where the project language is English.
- Fluent in Chinese and English in reading and writing.
- Experienced AutoCAD 2D user – preferable also 3D – minimum experience with 3D viewer software
