职位描述：
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
？ Development and implementation of operational excellence strategies across CPS China according to business guidance
？ Align strategic planning across all CPS China operating SBU, Site Lab, divisional objectives
？ Work with operation excellence team and department staff, coordinate Lean implementation by using Lean Systems as the principal tool across CPS China operations and business
？ Provide necessary support to operational departments to ensure superior customer satisfaction by focusing on cost, quality, and safety
？ Facilitate and report on operational excellence projects and initiatives
？ Coordinate with QHSE, develop and implement divisional QHSE policies and processes with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and practices
？ Assist development and on-going administration of the Operational Excellence information systems
？ Projects requested by business desired


Required Education & Experience:
？ Bachelor degree or above, MBA is a plus
？ 3years experience in operation or operational excellence position with MNC is preferred
？ Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
？ Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work with senior leaders
？ High energy and self confidence
？ Good PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
？ Good communication skills (written and verbal)
？ Fluent in English - oral and written communication skills 举报 分享
